Norman Carter will be remembered for his desire to help
GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, MI Dr. Norman Carter was soft spoken, but always put others before himself, his wife said.
Norman Carter, a pediatrician from Grand Blanc Township, died July 12 at the age of 78.

Until 2008, when he and wife were hit by a drunken driver, Norman Carter worked with the Flint Emergency Service clinic and helped with the pediatrician residency program at Hurley Medical Center.
